Returns & Exchanges
At Threadheads, we want you to love your new gear; if it doesn't fit or feel right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printer-less drop-off at your local carrier.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
